Hyggi wants to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, so we offer all customers a full right of return with the money back in the first 14 days. The following conditions apply to returns:

• For a refund, the returned product must be unused and in its original condition (with the original protective inner and outer packaging intact, as when you received it). This is because the product is intended for use on the floor and for babies. A returned product that is not in its full packaging cannot be sold again. We want you to be happy with your play mat and therefore encourage you to order some samples at home first before ordering your play mat. We want to give you the opportunity to feel the quality of the dense memory foam and see the colors in reality before you commit to a purchase, so that you are completely satisfied when you receive the product.
• If you return a product where the packaging has been opened, you will only be refunded 50% of the purchase amount, as the product can no longer be sold again.
• You must return the product no later than 14 days after you received your order, and you are responsible for the return shipping yourself, unless there is a fault with the product. Please note that you must inform us of any defects on the play mat within 7 days of receiving it.
• Not all sale items can be returned.
