Hyggi.dk is owned and operated by Hyggi ApS, CVR no. 42138827, Vietoften 20, 2950 Vedbæk (hereinafter called Hyggi).

The following terms and conditions apply to the sale of goods from Hyggi.dk for delivery in Denmark and other countries in Europe.
PRODUCT RANGE & PRICING
The prices of our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change a product or remove it from the market at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third parties for any changes, price changes, suspension or removal of a product from the market.
We have endeavored to show the colors of our products and the images thereof as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer screen will reproduce the colors accurately.
Hyggi ApS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, Mastercard and MobilePay. The amount will only be deducted from your card/account when the product has been dispatched. All prices are given in Danish kroner and include VAT.
We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. This can e.g. due to technical problems, stock issues, international customs changes, etc. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you via the email and/or phone number you provided when you placed the order. We reserve the right to limit or reject orders that, in our sole discretion, appear to have been placed by resellers, resellers or distributors.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
We ship to all destinations in Denmark and many other countries in Europe. You don't have to wait long for your Hyggi play mat, because our shipping company strives to deliver within 1-2 working days in Denmark. If you order from mainland Europe, you only have to wait approx. one week.
We use GLS as a freight company. At checkout you can choose delivery to your home or to your nearest GLS parcel shop.
Hyggi wants to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, so we offer all customers a full right of return with the money back in the first 14 days. The following conditions apply to returns:
- For a refund, the returned product must be unused and in its original condition (with the original protective inner and outer packaging intact, as when you received it). This is because the product is intended for use on the floor and for babies. A returned product that is not in its full packaging cannot be sold again. We want you to be happy with your play mat and therefore encourage you to order some samples at home first before ordering your play mat. We want to give you the opportunity to feel the quality of the dense memory foam and see the colors in real life before you commit to a purchase, so that you are completely satisfied when you receive the product.
- If you return a product where the packaging has been opened, you will only get a refund of 50% of the purchase amount, as the product can no longer be sold again.
- You must return the product no later than 14 days after you received your order, and you are responsible for the return shipping yourself, unless there is a fault with the product. Please note that you must inform us of any defects on the play mat within 7 days of receiving it.
- Not all sale items can be returned.

Hyggi play mats are covered by a two-year warranty from the time of sale according to the Purchase Act. The warranty covers manufacturing defects found while the product is being used as recommended by Hyggi. Each play mat is marked with a unique identification code. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage as a result of abuse, e.g. placing a heavy object on top of the mat for an extended period of time or using abrasive cleaners.
As a buyer, you can advertise by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with documentation for the purchase of the product and a description of the problem, incl. Pictures. You must contact Hyggi no later than 30 days after you discovered the problem.
If you discover the manufacturing defect within the first 6 months, you will be refunded the entire purchase amount. In the following 6 months, you will be reimbursed 50%. In the last 12 – 24 months, you will be reimbursed 25%. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. See also our return policy.
