Because all parents need to be able to clean easily, you can easily brush dirt off the mat and wipe it off with a cloth. Wash with a soft cloth with a neutral detergent (such as dish soap or hand soap) to remove most stains. If a stain still remains, do not use harsh chemicals as this may damage the mat. Instead, try mixing baking soda with a little water and then leave the mixture on the stubborn stain for a few hours before wiping it off.
